Roger Lindgren of Youngstown is the chief executive officer of V&M STAR, the steel manufacturing arm of V&M Tubes' new North AmericaOil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) division. Previously, he was president and chief operating officer of V&M STAR. Lindgren has over 35 years of experience in the steel industry.
