James W. Fenton, Jr., Ph.D. is the dean of the college of business administration and a professor of management at Ohio Northern University. Previously, he was president and CEO of The Iowa-American Industries, Inc. and Safe Harbor Access System, Southeastern Steel Company. Fenton has been published in the Journal of Small Business Management, Labor Law Journal and Employment & Labor Law Quarterly.
