Rep. Mike Moran, who represents the 42nd District, was elected to his first term in the Ohio House of Representatives in 2008. He serves as the Vice Chair of the Environment and Brownfield Development committee. Rep. Moran is also a member of the Public Utilities, Education, and Health Access and Affordability committees and sits on the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review.
