Brief Description: ArcelorMittal (NYSE: MT) is the world's largest steel company, with facilities in Cleveland, Columbus, Warren, Shelby and Marion, Ohio and a regional office in Richfield, Ohio. The company was founded in 2006, when Arcelor and Mittal Steel merged. The Columbus facility produces galvanized sheet, and the Warren facility produces 5 million tons of coke annually. Also, the Cleveland facility is a fully-integrated steel mill capable of producing 3.6 million tons of raw steel annually. Part of the company’s tubular operations, the Shelby and Marion facilities produce mechanical steel tubing.
